Where do these sold prices come from?: HM Land Registry's Price Paid Data, which records every residential sale in England and Wales. It's official, free and updated monthly.
Why isn't a recent sale showing?: Sales usually appear two to three months after completion, once the solicitor has registered the sale with HM Land Registry.
Can I see sold prices in Scotland?: Scotland doesn't publish individual sale prices for free. Our city pages show official average prices for Scottish areas instead.
